Widespread electric car test launch of the 'real world'

The Government has launched their ?25 millions plans for real world tests of electric cars across the UK.

Transport Secretary Lord Adonis the CO2 studies began to take place in eight locations around the country car smart by arrival at the London Guildhall in one.
