Voided 18,000 Manchester driving fines

Lawyers have stated that more than 18,000 bus lane gave fines Manchester driver by the City Council are illegal.

The drivers on camera with Manchester bus lanes between October 2006 and May 2007 have been caught, reported BBC News.
