Catastrophe response procedures are in place for providing quick response to customer needs. Catastrophe response personnel are on-site to assist customers with their claims’ needs. In the event a customer needs to file an insurance claim, representatives are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist them. It is important to wear a mask, gloves and coveralls to minimize exposure. • If you encounter dead animals on your property please contact your county animal control authority for assistance with disposal.
